How to use it in a session

Free diagnosis, no sign-up: with a CV and a job posting, in under a minute you see what the CV shows and what's missing, requirement by requirement.
No posting: compare the CV with a target job, including career changes and public-sector jobs (with the usual entry requirements, for guidance).
For people with no CV: a guided form builds one from what the person tells you, adding nothing.
The result can be saved as a PDF to work on together or keep on file.
Works in English, Spanish and Catalan, and understands postings in other languages.

It doesn't invent experience or qualifications: if something isn't on the CV, it says so.
It isn't an “ATS score” and doesn't promise interviews.
It doesn't store anyone's CV on our servers.
It doesn't replace guidance: it's a tool to help the person see where they stand and what to work on.
